The mathematicians in the audience might say it is too early to make this call, but it appears that the Rangers won't be a playoff team this year. That means 2007 will go down as a big, fat postseason 0-fer for the Metroplex's Big Four: Three playoff teams and not a single one that made it past the first round of the playoffs.
