Wade, Nowitzki take home NBA weekly honors

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade and Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki were named the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for the period ending March 7. Wade averaged a double-double for the week, leading the NBA in scoring at 33.3 points per game while dishing out 12.0 assists per contest.
